Metagaming: Using knowledge of an event or situation your character would not know of that you know of OOC. Whether this be a location or identity.
Powergaming: Using a power or skill to overtake a situation that is unrealistic for the world and or your character to wield. This can also include lying about leading a character into a false pretense knowing that it is against the rules.
Character Name: Brad Addams
Character Age: 25
Description:
Brad was a boy who always enjoyed working with his parents whenever he could, to feel useful. He had five other siblings, he being the youngest, who also helped so he wanted to feel like what he was doing mattered. One day, a plague hit his town and destroyed two-thirds of his family’s crop, causing many in the town and his own family to pass from this world. Only two of the siblings, along with his father, survived the tragic incident. Brad realized he didn’t want to have to worry about a random plight again and decided to try to find a new profession. He apprenticed as a blacksmith, worked in home construction, and eventually found himself employed at a tavern. During his work in the tavern, he met a man who was willing to teach him the ways of the sword for a price. Through that, he learned the ways of the Voltk and came to understand that sickness is not all that plagues the world.
Brad joined the guard of the sanctuary two weeks prior to his recent decision to leave it. At his young age, he truly doesn’t understand exactly where his place in the world is, but he understands the people he respects. When he watched Clio Hieron leave, he quickly made the decision to follow her as a fellow Voltk and join her mission against the unholy installations.
